For dinner, we ventured to Little Italy, a charming neighborhood filled with enticing culinary options. Our favorite spot in the area was Ironside Fish & Oyster Bar. This seafood haven features an impressive selection of oysters from different regions, each with its own distinct flavor profile. We savored the freshness of the seafood tower, filled with clams, shrimp, and a variety of oysters. The elegant nautical-inspired decor and attentive service made it a truly memorable dining experience.
No trip to San Diego would be complete without satisfying our sweet tooth, and Extraordinary Desserts was the perfect place to do just that. Known for their artistic and decadent creations, this dessert paradise offers an array of exquisite pastries, cakes, and tarts. We couldn’t resist the temptation of their signature Chocolate Caramel Tart, a heavenly combination of rich chocolate ganache and luscious caramel. The beautifully presented desserts were as visually stunning as they were delicious.
During our food-filled escapade, we also stumbled upon a hidden gem called Oscar’s Mexican Seafood. Tucked away in Pacific Beach, this unassuming taco joint captured our hearts with their mouthwatering fish tacos. The fresh and perfectly grilled fish, topped with a medley of flavorsome ingredients, created a harmonious explosion of taste. The casual and laid-back atmosphere perfectly complemented the beachy vibes of the area.
