COVID-19 existence has made everyone gain weight! Staying indoors and doing work & students attending online classes increases boredom. The world around was all about socializing, and now it is all about social distancing. It is now a prime time to focus on health to increase immunity.

Does exercise increase immunity? Yes, it does. Just a small step towards fitness like inhale and exhale increases lung strength, which is an essential health factor for now. I’ve decided that I really need to join a gym. So what’s out there for someone like me – An overseas student (from Australia) thats stuck in Los Angeles during a global pandemic? I researched a few gyms nearby – I’m not expecting much – not after any extra amenities but I do want to see what fitness support the gym provides both online and at the gym itself. Hollywood Strength + Performance

The Gym is at S La Brea Ave. On checking the site given in the link below, the services the gym offers are clear and cut. There are several free courses that the gym offers so that an individual can understand the quality of the service they provide. Located in Robertson Blvd, offering a one to one trainer for every single workout session is a highlight of this fitness center. The pricing is almost $230 per month and the desired fitness is achieved for sure. Unlike the other Gyms where the trainers visit thrice a month and consult about the progress. The trainer can help fix your postures and constantly improvise the effort. Originated with classic pilates type of workouts and now focuses on HIIT types of workout. Gold’s Gym

It is in Cole Ave, offers a seven-day free trial for the customers to explore. On choosing a yearly plan, the monthly charges are going to be around 60 per month. The gym also has a boxing area, juice bar, steam room, sauna, and towel service. Gold’s Gym is located in several places around the country and the membership can be accessed anywhere using it. Sweatheory

It is on N Cahuenga Blvd. It has a motto saying Sweat, Detox, and Repeat. As the motto implies, it has several sessions to Yoga, Hot hit, stretch, and so on. It has Sauna as an amenity. Tonia Moore Fitness

It is in Long Beach, providing customized fitness and nutrition programs to individuals. Anyone can reach the place and start getting fit or the center offers online classes also. It is the training given by an individual, and the training takes place at the Metroflex gym at Long Beach, which means gym expenses for both have to be handled additionally. LA Fitness

There are many fitness centers located throughout the city, among that the center located at North Hollywood seems to have a good reputation. It has all the varieties of circuit training, cardio enough for occupying more than a hundred people at a time. This place has a spacious Sauna.

On choosing a yearly membership, the monthly expense for your fitness is going to be less than 20$. Requesting a personal trainer will help you to achieve your personal goals. This center provides an app and updates the exercises in it. Even if you are not able to visit the gym, the app updates help you to be fit. There are several weekly classes that are arranged for free for the gym members.

 

So the above are some of the best gyms i’ve found. After choosing a gym i’ve also chosen a personal trainer as I am focused on getting shredded and fit for next summer!
